Once you have completed the registration of your property we will send you a welcome pack to your home address containing a special no tear pre-coded envelope for your property keys to go inside, plus a pre-addressed post paid bubble wrap envelope. All UK registrations are mailed to our head office in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. European mainland registrations will be mailed to our Spanish office.

Once your registration has been reviewed and validated, you will be emailed a password to log into the Owners Portal.

Inside the Owners Portal you can add properties to your account. This includes uploading photographs for your properties.
