Corvera Golf and Country Club

With the Carrascoy mountain range as its picturesque backdrop, the Corvera Golf and Country Club is situated only15 minutes from the city of Murcia and 20 minutes from the lagoon of the Mar Menor. It gives the resort easy access to other attractions, while maintaining the site’s peaceful location and a feeling of tranquillity that is preserved by a building density of only 9%.

This is the second golf resort in the Murcia region, launched by the Sea & Sun Resorts Group who also developed the Roda Golf and Beach Resort. The resort will offer a top quality range of villas and apartments integrated into the golf course itself.

The 1,845 properties will include one to three bedroom apartments and two to four bedroom villas. The apartments have a minimum of 70m2 living space and views to either the golf course or communal swimming pools. The two bedroom villas have a living space starting from 89m2 with the three beds offering 129m2 and four beds giving 148m2 of living space. Some properties will have views to the Mar Menor sea and fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding area.

The 18-hole golf course itself is a par 72 PGA Championship course, designed by Spaniard Jose Maria Olazabel. Fantastic weather in any season makes this an ideal it all-year-round location.

As well as the golf course, swimming pools and tennis courts, the development offers some of the best ways to explore the Mediterranean coastline; mountain biking and 4x4 off- roading are available, as well as pony trekking from the equestrian centre.
