Here, you’ll find over 1,000 local trades and services, offering everything from cleaners to bankers and everything else in between. Each supplier is listed with location, telephone number, contact name and website address (if they have one). Suppliers are flagged with the languages they speak. They are listed on the understanding that you can leave feedback about them. We monitor all negative feedback and give the supplier the right of reply. If both parties agree, we will investigate complaints and post our judgement in the feedback section. Suppliers who have three genuine negative feedback postings will be deleted from the directory. Abuse and bad language in feedback will not be tolerated.

You are free to contact the supplier directly as we do not get involved. We do not take commissions or referral fees from any supplier in this section.

Local management partner price list

We appreciate there will be some things regarding taking care of your property that you simply don’t want to get involved with. You may even decide you don’t want to do anything and would prefer to have someone else you can trust take care of it all. With this in mind we offer the full range of property management services, but on a no contract basis.

The following prices are general guide prices only and do not cover our entire range of services. We will be happy to supply an accurate price for all your service requirements based upon property size, style and location. This can be done via email or following an inspection of your property by a member of our service team.

When requesting an email quotation please be sure to give us as much accurate information as possible, i.e. address, resort, number of bedrooms, bathrooms etc. And in particular the actual square meter size of your property.

Location of your property is not a problem as we operate both a mobile and satellite site service.

Fully managed rental service

As one of the UK’s foremost travel agents we have links with all the major tour operators and travel companies. Overseas Keys owners have the opportunity to offer their property to some of the world’s leading travel companies for rental to their customers. In some cases this could mean guaranteed rentals of up to 32 weeks a year.

In line with our ‘cut out the middleman policy’ we do not take any commissions from either you the owner or the travel company. We simply put you in touch!

Travel and tour operator standards of accommodation vary, but the major travel companies demand high standards of the villas and apartments they use. In addition the property has to conform to certain minimum health and safety requirements and levels of service.
